You can also rent the villa with 1 bedroom,airco,1 bathroom with toilet,living-room,tv,internet,kitchen,covered terrace,private garden,shared pool.Price:

 Payment:

We ask a down payment of 30% within 10 days.After receiving this deposit your booking will be final. You will be notified.Refund is not possible anymore.The rest of the amount must be paid one month before arrival date. The bail of $ 50,-will be paid back on departure day,less any damages,bicycles rentals or private laundry costs.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in time : 2.00 PM; Check-out time 12.00 noon

  • Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability
  • Late check-out until 3.00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day
  • Late check-out until 6.00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate;after 6.00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

Accomodation rates are per villa,per week,4 to 5 persons,and inclusive of:

  • Pick up & transfer from Airport Denpasar to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1x in & 1x out/villa)in airconditioned car by minimum stay of 7 days
  • Welcome pack of cold drinks,mineral drinking water,coffee & tea.
